Lunch and Learn 2023

Come have a meal and learn something new!  This series is comprised of short educational presentations to help people better care for their health.  Each talk will provide tips on staying healthy and treating illnesses or issues that are common or related to that time of year.  People will emerge more independent and with a better understanding of the classical Eastern Medicinal approach.
